Traditional Use: Lemon has been used in the past to fight typhoid, food poisoning, lower blood pressure, liver problems, arthritis, scurvy, and malaria. All parts of the lemon have used around the house and medicinally. The oil has been used around the house as a cleaning agent, and medicinally it has an affinity with the digestive system.
